These women were (wo)manning the crowd at the I-Rock (Independence) concert at Gateway of India on Saturday - 3rd Sept 2005, which never happened. Thanks to the Screwed up authorities of this city. No wonder I don't like the way this city works ( I mean the stupid laws they come up with, the restrictions, the screwed up authorities). I wouldn't be surprised if I came to know that they didn't let the I-Rock happen because of some politically connected dude at the Taj Mahal hotel not happy with the idea of a rock concert happening there. What a screwed up city Mumbai can be, You can't even have a damn Rock Concert. I have begun to hate this city, which, I was proud of, once upon a time. (sob)
